Coming in a group - Please give us a full list of everyone in your group so we can make sure we seat you together.

We will provide food gift cards for our lovely Mineravas resturant right in the convention center for you to get your meals on your own schedule.

Cancellations sometimes happen for various reasons.

Please make sure your cancellation is in wrting (email is fine, but if you don't receive an acknowledgement within 3 business days please e-mail again and/or send snail mail.
Cancellations 60 days before the start of the retreat will receive full refund
Cancellation 30-60 days before the retreat will receive a 85% refund
Cancellation less then 30 days will receive 50%

We reserve the right to cancel a retreat 5 weeks prior to the event if there is not a minimum number of guests registered and refunds will be issued. There will be no refunds if the event is canceled 30 days before the event due to circumstances beyond my control, such as the weather, government-mandated shutdowns, or the moon crashing into the earth……..stuff like that as contractual obligations with the hotel will still need to be paid.
